The villa has 3 bedrooms all with modern beds featuring the highest quality mattresses, bed linen and pillows. Two bedrooms with king sized beds and one room with 2 single beds.

Each room has a private open-air bathroom with bathtub, shower and quality amenities that help enhance the overall relaxing holiday ambience. All rooms have their own safety box, air conditioner. With a quality sound system villa guests are encouraged to bring their own CD's or Ipod to connect to the sound system.

Villa Tania is located just off the main road of Oberoi (Jl Laksmana). The Villa is within walking distance of numerous Restaurants and Cafes in the popular Restaurant Street. The beach and the popular Ku De Ta, La Luciola and The Living Room all just a few minutes further down the road. Tania is in the center of what is now considered the "Prime Villa district" in Seminyak close to everything one needs to make their villa holiday wonderful. Just a 20 minute drive from the airport and guests can be relaxing at their own private villa.
